Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and modify our collection as the shadows shift. Items are subject to availability in our shadow inventory.

III. Orders & Dark Transactions
Order Process
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when you complete the checkout ritual and receive an order confirmation from our coven.
Payment Methods

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting our coven at [email protected]. Once our artisans begin preparing your order (after 1-2 business days), cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Methods
We offer two paths for your items to travel:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after leaving our coven
- Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after departing our realm
⚰️ Note: Shipping times may vary during celestial events or when the veil between worlds grows thin. The Coven is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other forces beyond our control.
International Orders
International dark souls are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their realm’s governing bodies.
V. The Return Ritual
Return Timeline
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange ritual.
Return Conditions
To be accepted back into our realm, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all mystical tags attached
- Free from dark energies, alterations, or damage
The Forbidden Returns
Certain mystical items cannot be returned once they have left our dark realm:
- Enamel Pins & Buttons (once awakened, they cannot be unbound)
- Stickers (these paper spirits bond permanently to their new homes)
- Beauty Accessories (for the protection of all dark souls)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Summon our coven at [email protected] within 15 days
- Complete the Shadow Return Form provided by our artisans
- Await return authorization and instructions (within 2-3 business days)

Refund Resurrection
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing takes 5-10 business days after we process your return
- The item price is refunded, minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Use Restrictions
