We offer two paths for your items to travel from our realm to yours:

Your items will travel via DHL or FedEx, arriving at your dark doorstep within 10-15 business days after leaving our coven.
🔮 Free Shipping
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your mystical parcels will arrive within 15-25 business days after departing our realm.
Note: Shipping times may vary during celestial events or when the veil between worlds grows thin.
🕸️ The Return Ritual
We understand that sometimes even the most carefully selected gothic garments may not align perfectly with your shadowy essence. Our return ritual allows you to send items back to our dark realm under specific conditions.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be accepted, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all mystical tags attached
- Free from any dark energies or alterations
🔮 The Forbidden Items
Certain mystical items in our collection cannot be returned once they have left our dark realm:
- Enamel Pins & Buttons – Once these talismans have been awakened, they cannot be unbound
- Stickers – These paper spirits bond permanently to their new homes
- Beauty Accessories – For the protection of all dark souls, these cannot be returned once opened
- Items marked as “Final Sale” – These are destined for one dark soul only
⚰️ The Return Ritual Steps

- Complete the Shadow Return Form – Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is provided
- Await Our Response – Our dark artisans will send you a return authorization and instructions within 2-3 business days
- Prepare Your Package – Include the original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate your refund. The dark financial magic works as follows:
